Aggregate Industries, Morrison Quarry <br /> Amendment No.7 to Permit M-1973-021 FYZ <br /> Morrison,CO <br /> Item 6.0 Structure Dismantling and Demolition <br /> All human-made structures not shown in Exhibit F.4 and Exhibit F.5 will be dismantled and <br /> removed from the site prior to final grading and reclamation. These include, but are not limited <br /> to, the following structures: <br /> • Processing Area Equipment (conveyors, crushers, etc.) <br /> • Mine Administration Offices <br /> • Riprap Plant <br /> • Fuel Storage Area <br /> • Haul Roads and Parking Areas <br /> • Truck Wash and Tarping Area on Main Access Road <br /> • Dewatering Wells, Communication Towers, and Other Utilities <br /> The operator will dismantle, demolish, and/or remove from the property all structures listed <br /> above and any additional structures not listed in Exhibit F. All structures must be removed in <br /> accordance with the reclamation plans. Concrete foundations and slabs must be removed <br /> unless authorized to remain as per the end user requests. No debris or re-saleable materials will <br /> be permitted to be left on site following final grading. No pipes, rebar, or any other materials are <br /> to be left protruding from the ground. Prior to demolition and removal, the physical condition of <br /> the property will be evaluated, and features such as hazardous substances and/or petroleum <br /> product containers, storage tanks, odors, pools of liquid, drums, stressed vegetation, anomalous <br /> topography, surficial debris, suspicious pipes, and other structures will be recorded and <br /> evaluated. <br /> Debris and recyclable materials are to be disposed of in accordance with Item 7.0. The operator <br /> is to ensure that sites are leveled and backfilled to adjacent ground level and revegetated <br /> according to Items 10.0 and 11.0. Any fill required will be generated from onsite materials or <br /> furnished by an off-site source and must be clean, compactable fill. All disturbed areas must be <br /> graded and raked free of debris. Exhibit L—Reclamation Costs provides costs for dismantling <br /> and demolishing structures, including a $425,000 offset assumed for the sale of processing <br /> equipment post-mining. <br /> Item 7.0 Debris Removal <br /> This item covers off-site disposal of debris materials that are encountered during Item 6.0 <br /> Structure Dismantling and Demolition. This task assumes up to 40 truckloads (10 tons/load) will <br /> be hauled from the site to a licensed disposal facility. Debris is considered to be non- <br /> contaminated and non-hazardous, consisting mostly of construction materials (concrete, rebar, <br /> lumber, drywall) and recyclable metal scrap materials. <br /> September 2021 1 34 <br />
