The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin <br />Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately 85 degrees F with gusty winds, skies <br />were partly cloudy. The soil was cracked and dry, some of the vegetation appeared drought <br />stressed. Numerous antelope were sighted around the site as well as raptors. <br />PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br />Mid Term 8 <br />MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br />None at the time of inspection. <br />INSPECTION <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is underway as permitted. Facilities have been removed throughout the site. The <br />water tank, and the cable stockpiled at the entrance have been removed. The substation has been <br />removed and the pad area rough graded. The large culvert at the portal area has been dug up, <br />removed and disposed of. Utility poles and some miscellaneous small items are stockpiled for <br />collection and pick up. <br />SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br />o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs. <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3) 14.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4) 14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) 14.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7) 14.03.2(7) <br />o The Haul Road was dry, in good repair and well maintained at the time of inspection. <br />o Access roads around the site appeared in good repair with no ruts or standing water. <br />o Ditches appeared to be functioning adequately. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: I <br />
