15. Assignment. Lessee shall have the right to assign this Lease or to sublet
the Property, at any time with the written consent of the Lessor.
16. Amendments. This Lease Agreement is the entire agreement between
Lessor and Lessee. Any and all amendments and modifications hereto shall be in
writing and signed by both parties.
17. Succession. This Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of
the parties hereto, their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and
assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed this Agreement
