The West Taylor Fill was inspected. The fill area remains stable and shows sign of vegetation. No erosion along <br />the face of the fill was observed. <br />The Collom Temporary Spoil Pile continues to be constructed as spoil is moved from the active portions of the <br />Collom Pit. Spoil pile is currently being constructed vertically as lifts continue with additional spoil. <br />Collom Temporary Spoil Pile. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The Final East Pit Ditch and North Trib. East Pit Ditch along with their associated stock tanks were inspected. <br />Stock tanks were dry or held minimal water. No visible flow was observed along the lengths of each of the ditches. <br />The two ditches remain stable and no issues were observed. <br />The West Pit, East and West Taylor Ponds were inspected and stable. The West Pit was dry and the East and West <br />Taylor Ponds held water at the time of the inspection. No issues were observed. <br />Ditches associated with the Collom mining area were inspected. This includes D-1, D-2, D-3, D-4 and D-6. All <br />ditches except D-6 are armored with rip rap per the Colowyo PAP. The slope of D-6 is minor and armoring is not <br />necessary. All Collom ditches inspected were stable with no issues. <br />Collom Section 36, Middle and Section 25 Ponds were inspected and are stable. These ponds run in series with <br />each other starting with Section 36 and ending with Section 25. Section 36 and Middle Ponds both held water and <br />Section 25 was dry. The three ponds were stable with no issues <br />Collom Sidehill and Section 26 Ponds also run in series along the western side of the Collom Temporary Spoil <br />pile. The Sidehill pond was dry and the Section 26 Pond held minimal water. No issues were observed. <br />
