This report contains the project design criteria and supporting engineering analyses by Brierley Associates, Merrick & Company, and Close Associates, LLC for the proposed construction of the project. The following documents for Goose Haven Reservoir Cell 2A project are intended to be used in conjunction with this Design Report: • Project Geotechnical Design Report by Brierley Associates, dated February 1, 2021 • Project Breach Inundation Mapping Report by Merrick & Company, dated July 29. 2020 • Project Construction Drawings • Project Construction Specifications • Transfer Box Structural Engineering Calculations by Close Associates, LLC, dated November 2020 Brierley Associates (Brierley) has worked closely with the Merrick & Company (hydrology and hydraulics engineer) and Weiland, Inc. (overall site civil engineer) to develop the design of the Goose Haven Reservoir Cell 2A. The Goose Haven Reservoir Cell 2A site is an active gravel mine.
