This covered a section in the southeast part of the permit area and extends <br /> along the west bank of the Lowline Ditch. The parcel was purchased by the City of <br /> Sterling to provide access to parcels of land Sterling owns east of the mine. <br /> Attached is the Partial release request form, a release map and revised Mining and <br /> Reclamation Table. The Map is a revised version of the Current Conditions map to show <br /> where the release area is located. This area has not been disturbed by mining. <br /> This release will change the permit area from 107.6 acres to 102.6 acres.
