Interviews with people that are interested has not generated very many people with the <br /> necessary skills. In time this will likely resolve itself as employment stabilizes in a quasi post- <br /> pandemic period. Hopefully no new variants of the virus will evolve that turns everything back to <br /> square one, but that is still a possibility as the pandemic is far from over. <br /> MINING ACTIVITY IN THE LAST YEAR: None. <br /> RECLAMATION ACTIVITY IN THE LAST YEAR: <br /> 1. Climatic summary of previous year-Please see earlier discussion on the climate. That pretty <br /> well sums it up. <br /> 2. Topsoiling-No topsoiling was done in the last year. But it is coming later this year. <br /> A. Locations of topsoiling- N/A. <br /> B. Depth of topsoiling- N/A. <br /> C. Final grading of topsoiled lands-N/A. <br /> (Note: Work that was completed primarily included removal of the old plant and most of the <br /> equipment from the site as well as general cleanup of the plant site area. The plant site <br /> is now ready for work to begin as soon as qualified people can be found and hired to <br /> do the reclamation work. The pit area was not worked on in the last year.) <br /> 3. Accommodation for drainage -As was stated previously, a drainage plan has been prepared <br /> for the pit. The plan shown in last year's report has not been changed. <br /> 4.
