If weeds do become problematic the <br /> applicant will work with Fremont County's weed management program. <br /> e) Reclamation will occur after each phase is completed in 100-acre increments. As each <br /> phase is completed, that site will undergo reclamation as mining moves on to the next <br /> phase. <br /> i. Reclamation will occur every 2-3 years or as mining is completed for each phase. <br /> ii. Reclamation will occur in 100-acre sections after mining activities are completed for <br /> each phase. <br /> iii. Reclamation will start with phase I as soon as mining activities have finished and will <br /> occur for each phase after mining concludes for each phase. <br /> f) Reclamation Description <br /> i. Final Grading-The pit walls will be backfilled to a 3:1 slope or flatter. <br /> ii. Seeding- <br /> The following seed mix will be used: lbs.
