Construction Material Regular 112 Operation Reclamation Exhibits <br /> Raindance Reservoir#2 —VIMA Partners, LLC <br /> WQCC. To the best of the applicants knowledge, groundwater monitoring is not required. <br /> As stated in Exhibit H, there are no known wildlife habitats in the mining area. Topsoil will <br /> be stockpiled to the west of the reservoir grading and be used to reclaim the areas outside <br /> of the water surface. Once the operation additional topsoil may be brought in to cover the <br /> remainder of the site outside of the reservoir water level if needed. The revegetation <br /> process will include diverse seeding as stated in Exhibit J. There are no buildings or <br /> structures on the property and a sign has been posted at the entrance of the site with the <br /> correct requirements. Finally, the operator acknowledges all requirements if a spill occurs <br /> on the site. <br /> (d) Where applicable, plans for topsoil segregation, preservation, and replacement; for <br /> stabilization, compaction, and grading of spoil; and for revegetation. The revegetation plan <br /> shall contain a list of the preferred species of grass, legumes, forbs, shrubs or trees to be <br /> planted, the method and rates of seeding and planting, the estimated availability of viable <br /> seeds in sufficient quantities of the species proposed to be used, and the proposed time <br /> of seeding and planting; <br /> In areas that are not inundated approximately 4" of plant growth medium will be <br /> replaced, and or soils will be amended as needed to establish proper plant growth. <br /> (e) A plan or schedule indicating how and when reclamation will be implemented. Such plan <br /> or schedule shall not be tied to any specific date but shall be tied to implementation or <br /> completion of different stages of the mining operation as described in Rule 6.4.4(e). The <br /> plan or schedule shall include: <br /> (i) An estimate of the periods of time which will be required for the various <br /> stages or phases of reclamation; <br /> (ii) A description of the size and location of each area to be reclaimed during <br /> each phase; and <br /> The water will fill roughly 44 acres at its highest point; the area that may need <br /> to be vegetated is just under 11 acres. <br /> (iii) An outline of the sequence in which each stage or phase of reclamation will <br /> be carried out. <br /> 1. Completion of excavating operation. <br /> 2. Reservoir filled with raw water. <br /> 3. Top soil placed around outer edge of reservoir. <br /> 4.
