Record of Decision Letter from Canon City field office of BLM, stating approval of <br /> Colorado Quarry's plan to expand existing (110) operation, based on satisfactory <br /> completion of their EA study. BLM regulations require approval of 112c permit by DRMS <br /> before the contract process (to mine material) can occur. <br /> 2. Lease Agreement between Colorado Quarries and Mary Frank, Glen Rowe and Mike <br /> Colgate, for (claims) properties identified as Fleetwood Lode, Wet Mountain, Calumet <br /> Lode and Victor Lode. The Calumet and Victor claims are located within the 112c area. <br /> Included in BLM study. <br /> 3. Lease Agreement between David and Debra Knight Living Trust and Viscount Mining <br /> Corp., for (claims) properties identified as: RHC 1-8, RHC 14-16, SCP 19-20, WHC 1-9, and <br /> Rosie 1-74. Approximately 17 of the Rosie claims are located within the 112c area. (See <br /> map on page 21 of lease). Included in BLM Study <br /> 4. Lease Agreement between William Tezak, Viscount Mining Corp., and Viscount Colorado <br /> Holdings Lts., for all the claims identified and described in the Knight-Viscount lease (in <br /> number 3, above). This item number 4 ties the Knight-owned properties to William <br /> Tezak. Included in BLM study. <br />
