As <br /> expected, the 32-mm cakes resulted in lower cake moistures at comparable air blow times <br /> to the 50-mm cakes. Also, the higher feed pressure simulations resulted in decreased cake <br /> moisture at comparable air blow times. <br /> Page 1 17 <br />
