Includes entrance road <br /> providing joint access to cemetery and NFELLC facilities beyond and east Elk <br /> Creek/Sanborn Creek road. 6.2 acres <br /> • Map 2.05-M8, Sheets 1 and 2, shows the parcel referred to above as having a post- <br /> mining land use of Industrial/Mining (north of the West Valley Haul Road and East <br /> Yard Haul Road, south of the reclaimed Elk Creek Channel, west of the East Yard <br /> Refuse Pile, and east of the western edge of Substation No. 1).The map also shows <br /> the retention of Pond B. <br /> • Map 2.05-M6, Sheet 1 of 6, shows the retention of the following permanent facilities: <br /> o Culinary Water Supply, Treatment and Storage System <br /> o Somerset Cemetery Road (also referred to as West Valley Haul Road) <br /> o Elk Creek Road <br /> o Sanborn Creek Road (also referred to as East Yard Haul Road) <br /> o Substation No. 1 <br /> o Bath-houses <br /> o Office <br /> o Warehouse/Shop <br /> o Small vehicle maintenance building <br /> o Culverts B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5 (and an unidentified culvert south of B-5), HR-1, HR- <br /> 2 and HR-3. (The status of Ponds A and B is unclear from the map.) <br /> In addition to the facilities already listed, the aerial image shows that the fuel storage facility <br /> has been retained. <br /> A portion of the Elk Creek Coal Handling, Support, and Ancillary Facilities area achieved Phase <br /> I bond release with SL-1. For the remainder of the area to be eligible for bond release: <br /> i. The inconsistencies in the PAP must be addressed. Sections 2.05.4 and 2.05.5 of the <br /> PAP must be retained for now, but sentences should be added referring to the <br /> alternative land use described in Exhibit 2.05-E-5, and shown on Maps 2.05-M6 and <br /> 2.05-M8.
