The Affidavit of Publication in the Clear Creek Courant with the correct legal description is <br /> provided herein. <br /> 2. Certified mail receipts are provided herein for all owners of record within 200 ft. of the <br /> affected area boundary. <br /> 3. Stormwater discharge will be allowed to flow offsite at historic flow rates via stormwater <br /> channels. In the event precipitation is detained on site, it will be allowed to infiltrate or <br /> evaporate within 72 hours. The mine plan and EPP narratives have been revised. <br /> 4. Response to the timely objection was submitted June 22,2021 to the Division. <br /> 5. Appendix E contains ASTM C33-03 Standard Specification for Concrete Aggregates that <br /> includes the methods for sampling and testing in Item 12. <br /> Exhibit B:Site Description <br /> 6. The soil description is revised to correctly describe the soils within the affected area. <br /> Exhibit C: Mining Plan <br /> 7. Feedstock will be placed in a three-sided storage containment structure constructed of <br /> concrete. The three sides will prevent wind erosion. <br /> 8. Please refer to the feedstock and byproduct storage containment design figures provided <br /> herein. <br />
