Berms around diesel storage tanks at <br /> ready line provide adequate containment with rubberized covers. <br /> o The surface of the Ready Line was firm and in good repair at the time of inspection. <br /> o Not much activity occurs at the Ready Line as most trucks are operating from N pit so,fuel is <br /> hauled from the office area to N pit. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE—Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6;Discharge Structures 4.05.7, <br /> 4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage-Acid <br /> and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9;Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18 <br /> Unless otherwise noted, pond banks and dams appeared stable at the time of inspection. Spillways and <br /> flumes were accessible at the time of inspection. The spring has been dry with little precipitation. Ponds <br /> that usually hold water are low. The following pond systems were visited. <br /> a) West Pyeatt system was dry at the time of inspection. <br /> b) East Pyeatt system held water. A delta exists and East Pyeatt 91. <br /> c) Middle Flume 93 held water at the time of inspection and was not discharging. The <br /> discharge structure appeared to be in adequate repair. <br /> d) East Flume Pond was dry at the time of inspection. <br /> e) East Middle Flume 91 Pond holding water and not discharging at the time of inspection. <br /> The flume appeared in good repair photo at 10:30 <br /> f) Middle flume 1 and 3 holding water not dq.Middle flume 3.Flume checked and in good <br /> repair photos 10:50. <br /> g) No Name system held water. No Name 92 exhibits a large stand of cattails. <br /> Two spoil spring dewatering wells and two spring boxes with associated diversion ditches exist along the <br /> south slope across from N Pit. One of the diversion ditches requires repairs as the liner is torn in places. <br /> Spoil spring water emanates from Phase III bond released slopes above and is diverted to East Pyeatt via a <br /> lined ditch. Ground water is intercepted via the spring boxes and routed to Middle Pyeatt via a pipe. <br /> TOPSOIL—RULE 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3;Redistribution 4.06.4 <br /> o No instability or Tilling were noted on the observed topsoil piles. Piles appeared to be marked <br /> appropriately and well vegetated. <br /> o Topsoil has been placed in berms along the I Pit. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—RULE 4.14 <br /> o Backfilling and grading has commenced for the 2021 field season. <br /> o Reclamation consists of benched overburden hauls awaiting grading. <br /> REVEGETATION-Rule 4.15 <br /> General Requirements 4.15.1; Use of Species 4.15.2, Grazing 4.15.5 <br /> o Reclamation and revegetation appeared to be progressing adequately. <br /> o Revegetation appeared well established in mature areas.
