In addition, where will the sump used in the common area report to? <br /> Response:A portable floor sump will be used in the common area of the reagent room. The floor slabs <br /> are sloped to direct fluids to the center of the room. Depending on the nature of the liquid in the sump, <br /> the substance will be returned to the mill process or it will be stored for proper characterization and <br /> will be disposed of in accordance with RCRA and Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations. <br /> 13. What method would be employed to drain the piping if the proper mill shut down was not conducted <br /> and mixed reagents remained? <br /> Response:Piping would be disconnected at a low point to allow fluids that are in the pipe to drain. The <br /> liquid that is drained will be stored in barrels. The drained liquid will be properly characterized and <br /> will be disposed of in accordance with RCRA and Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations. <br /> 14. Two different Sherwin Williams epoxy product information sheets were provided within Adequacy <br /> Response 2. Both of which are different from the Sherwin Williams epoxy that was submitted in <br /> adequacy response#1. Which epoxy will be used? <br /> a. FastStop SL-23: No wait time for concrete to cure between applying this epoxy specified, <br /> provide information. No details regarding repairs were provided.
