` Travis Marshall, Russ Means
May 17 2021
Page 2
or conservations from other people that can say anything they want whether true or not. Don't take
what someone says and put it in an inspection report as fact.
We are trying to sell our property. We have several company's looking at the place. Mr.
Wintermoyer does not have a contract to purchase, no option, no lease, or lease to operate our pit
or anything else. NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE INSPECTION REPORT. Amy was WRONG
in assuming because I was asking if I have the correct transfer of ownership form That Mr.
Wintermoyer was the prospective operator. People can say anything they want, it does not make it
true so don't assume anything, best ask for it in writing for something as important as ownership of
someone's property or business .I am not going to sell to someone that has no money or financial
backing. I am not going to lease a gravel pit to anyone that has never worked a day in a gravel
operation or has any experience operating heavy equipment or crushers.
The conversation was no different than if a customer/truck driver was listening and made a
comment he might be interested in the mine. Does that comment make him a prospective operator
and so compelling that you state that in your report?
Under the heading OBSERVATIONS the second paragraph first two sentences should be REDACTED-
REMOVED. It was WRONG to make these statements in any inspection report.
Sincerely,
c•
Grant Bros. Const. LLC
