Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Trapper Mine;permit C 1981010,operated by Trapper Mining Inc. <br /> The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. <br /> Graham Roberts,Trapper Mine representative was present throughout the inspection. Skies were clear till <br /> early afternoon when high clouds moved in and gathered in isolated showers. Temperatures ranged <br /> between 55 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. There was a light breeze. Ash,coal and overburden were being <br /> hauled. A blast was observed. Blasting and permit records were checked. Topsoil depths for 2020 B and <br /> G were verified across approximately 20 acres. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROCESS <br /> o None <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS <br /> o Autumn Bond release <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> Dredging pond inlets and deltas (Flume and Pyeatt ponds). <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> The Queen Anne is stationed in the N pit and was not operating at the time of inspection. Two draglines <br /> are stationed in the L pit; and were idle at the time of inspection. Activities in the L,N and I pits were <br /> observed and appear to be progressing as permitted. No offsite air quality or hydrologic issues were <br /> observed at the time of inspection. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Signage and boundary markers were adequately spaced and easily visible along the West end of <br /> mine roads, 107S and highway 13, and along the northern permit boundary. <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at the mine access points,(entrance and old highway <br /> 13),were intact,displaying all required information: mine name,operator name, address,phone <br /> number,DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> o Blasting notification signs were placed at the entrances and appropriate locations throughout the <br /> mine. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />
