<br /> designated representative.
<br /> A log of all inspections by Federal, State, or local storm water or other environmental agencies
<br /> shall be kept in the SWMP Binder. The log form can be found in Appendix and must include the
<br /> date and time of the visit and whether a report was issued,or will be issued, as a result of the
<br /> inspection. All inspection reports issued by an agency must be report to the Mine manager, but
<br /> no later 24-hours of receipt.
