Also, that a map scale, appropriate <br /> legend, map title,date and a north arrow shall be included. <br /> 1 . 3 RULE 6 .3 — SPECIFIC PERMIT APPLICATION EXHIBIT <br /> REQUIREMENTS — 110(l ) , 110(2) , AND NON-IN SITU LEACH <br /> MINING OPERATIONS 110d LIMITED IMPACT OPERATIONS <br /> a) The following exhibits may be required for 110(1) Limited Impact Permits based on consideration <br /> of site-specific conditions. <br /> A 110(1) permit is not applicable to the Penn Mine. The 110(1) regulations pertain to a mining operation <br /> which disturbs an area equal to or less than five (5) acres. CJK Milling LLC (CJK) is applying for a 110(2) <br /> permit which will disturbed an area less than 10 acres. <br /> b) The following exhibits shall be required for 110(2) and Non-In-Situ Leach Mining 110d Limited <br /> Impact Operations; 110 in situ leach mining permit applications shall comply with 112d permit <br /> applications including complying with the requirements of Rule 6.4. If an in-situ leach mining <br /> operation has been exempted from designated mining operation status, it still must comply with <br /> all exhibits required for in situ leach mining operations. <br /> The Penn Mine will be a hard rock operation. This permit complies with Rules set forth for 110(2) and <br /> Non-In-Situ Leach Mining 110(d) Limited Impact Operations. <br /> Initial Application / March 2021 1-5 <br />
