OSMI ensures that <br /> the vendor understands the site layout, knows the protocol for entering the facility, unloading <br /> product and has the equipment to respond to a discharge. <br /> The Environmental Specialist or designee supervises deliveries for all new suppliers and <br /> periodically observes deliveries for existing approved suppliers. <br /> 3.10 Brittle fracture Evaluation (40 CFR 112.7(i)) <br /> There are no field constructed hydrocarbon tanks on the site. <br /> 3.11 Conformance with State and Local Applicable Requirements(40 CFR 112.7(j)) <br /> All bulk storage tanks at this facility are registered with the state and local authorities, as <br /> required, and have current certificates of registration and special permits required by the local <br /> fire code.All above ground tanks are strictly for the mining and processing operation. No off <br /> site vehicles are loaded from these tanks.
