<br /> The Division scheduled and conducted a bond release inspection on October 21, 2020. The site
<br /> inspection was conducted in accordance with Rule 3.03.2(2). The inspection was attended by Doug
<br /> Smith of Oxbow. Representatives of the Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation and Enforcement
<br /> (OSMRE),the US Forest Service Paonia Ranger District(USFS), and the Bureau of Land Management,
<br /> Uncompahgre Field Office(BLM)were notified but did not attend.
