Construction Material Special 111 Operation Reclamation Exhibits <br /> Raindance Reservoir#2 —VIMA Partners, LLC <br /> The only water being utilized for this project will be for dust mitigation as <br /> needed. This will be supplied via water trucks with Town of Windsor water taken <br /> from hydrants near the site. <br /> (i) if groundwater will be encountered and/or surface water intercepted or disturbed, <br /> describe how mining will affect the quantity and quality of the surface or groundwater <br /> and the methods to be used to minimize disturbance to the surface and groundwater <br /> systems including proposed dewatering, sediment-containment or chemical treatment <br /> systems, storm water run-off controls, and groundwater points of compliance; <br /> If groundwater is encountered temporarily, proper dewatering procedures and <br /> practices as defined in the Mile High Flood District Criteria Manual will be <br /> utilized. Any discharge will occur at the current detention pond outlet point. <br /> (j) specify how you will comply with applicable Colorado water laws and regulations <br /> governing injury to existing water rights; <br /> Storage rights for the reservoir have already been adjudicated through the <br /> Colorado District Court, Water Division. No. 1, Case No. 02 CW 391. <br /> (k) if refuse and acid or toxic producing materials are exposed during mining, describe <br /> how they shall be handled and disposed of in a manner that will control unsightliness <br /> and protect the drainage system from pollution; <br /> Because the material being removed consists of sandy clay borrow material, <br /> none are anticipated. However, if these types of materials are encountered, <br /> proper procedures and practices as defined by the State will be utilized. <br /> (1) describe what measures will be taken to minimize disturbance to the hydrologic <br /> balance, prevent off-site damage, and provide for a stable configuration of the <br /> reclaimed area consistent with the proposed future land use; <br /> The future land use is a reservoir which will be filled utilizing the Raindance <br /> Metropolitan District raw water system. All tributary stormwater is designed to <br /> be contained within the reservoir and discharged per the approved Final <br /> Drainage Report, Raindance Subdivision on file at the Town of Windsor. <br /> (m) specify whether the deposit will be processed on-site. If the deposit will be processed, <br /> then describe the nature of the process, facilities and chemicals utilized. The process <br /> area and any structures must be described on Exhibit E - Map; <br /> Nothing will be processed onsite. <br /> (n) identify the primary and secondary commodities to be mined/extracted and describe <br /> the intended use; and <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEER', <br />
