The reclamation plan states that some roads may be left on site, please depict these roads on <br /> the reclamation map. <br /> 8. Topsoil in the area is stated as being between 0" and 10", please provide a statement as to why <br /> only 6" of topsoil will be placed back down when there is an anticipated excess amount. <br /> 9. Aggregate Industries will need to submit a technical revision before an inert material is used as <br /> fill. Please provide a statement agreeing to submit and receiving approval from DRMS of a <br /> technical revision prior to importing inert fill into the site in accordance with Rule 3.1.5(9).. <br /> 6.4.8 EXHIBIT G—Water Information <br /> 10. Aggregate Industries will need to submit a quarterly well monitoring report to the Division. <br /> 11. Please submit the baseline water level data collected for the proposed monitoring wells. <br /> 12. What water levels will trigger water mitigation to take place,these triggers must be proactive <br /> so changes in water levels will be detected in advance of negative impacts?The trigger levels <br /> should be based on the baseline seasonal high and low water levels for the monitoring <br /> wells. DRMS recommends a rise or fall of 2 feet either above or below seasonal high and low <br /> water levels as a trigger to evaluate if mitigation should occur. <br /> 13. How will Aggregate Industries insure they will have access and permission to access all wells for <br /> monitoring? <br /> 6.4.12 EXHIBIT L— Reclamation Costs <br /> 14. The Division agrees with $2,011,924.00 reclamation cost estimate. <br /> Publication and notice <br /> 15. Please submit the proof of publication of the required notice in accordance with Rule 1.6.2(1)(d) <br /> and (e) and Rule 1.6.5. <br /> 16. Please submit documentation a copy of the notice required in Rule 1.6.2(1)(d) was mailed or <br /> personally served immediately after the first publication of the notice to all Owners of Record <br /> of the surface and mineral rights of the affected land; and the Owners of Record of all land <br /> surface within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. <br /> This concludes the Division's adequacy review of amendment application.
