Collins, Co 80522 <br /> RE: Baurer Pit, M-2020-058, 112c Construction Material Permit Application,Adequacy Review <br /> Dear Mr. Schenderlein, <br /> The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ("DRMS" or "Division"), received the above <br /> referenced application on November 30, 2020. The application was deemed complete and filed for <br /> review on February 23, 2021. The Division is required to issue a decision on the application by May 24, <br /> 2021. The following adequacy review items will need to be addressed prior to the Division's approval <br /> of the application: <br /> 6.4.3 EXHIBIT C- Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s)of Affected Lands <br /> 1. Rule 6.4.3(c), requires the existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to <br /> portray the direction and rate of slope of the affected land. Please resubmit both maps with the <br /> required information. <br /> 6.4.4 EXHIBIT D— Mining Plan <br /> 2. A stipulation will be added to the permit requiring Aggregate Industries to maintain a 200 foot <br /> buffer around all structures until a structural agreement and/or a stability analysis can be <br /> obtained, or other documentation is provided to DRMS demonstrating permission has been <br /> granted to relocate or otherwise affect land within 200 feet of these structures. Please <br /> acknowledge this stipulation. <br /> 3. There is a dewatering pump located on the western corner of the site on the C-5 Map, where <br /> will this discharge to? Please update the C-5 Map showing where it will discharge to. <br /> 4. In the permit it states that water will be discharged into the Stillwater Ski Lake, does the lake <br /> have the capacity to handle the discharge? <br /> 5. The conveyor corridor that is mention in the permit needs to be included in one of Aggregate <br /> Industries permits.
