The estimated area of <br /> disturbance during Stage 1 is 18.04 acres and 8.70 acres during Stage 2. See the Drawings <br /> in Attachment A.A 12" dewatering pipeline will be installed during the site preparation phase <br /> to collect water from the dewatering wells and convey it to the Colorado River. The land <br /> disturbance associated with the dewatering pipeline is temporary and estimated at 0.96 <br /> acres(3,622 linear feet with a 5-foot offset on both sides of the pipeline). See Sheets C3 <br /> and C4 of Drawings in Attachment A. The total estimated planned excavation area is <br /> provided in Table 1 and amounts to approximately 29.30 acres. <br /> 1 <br />
