The reclamation plan map has been revised to show the proposed eight inch <br /> average thickness of replaced topsoil. <br /> 11. Poudre Valley REA (overhead power lines and utility poles) -Ames has <br /> reached a structure agreement with PVREA, and is attached. <br /> ii. Nunn Telephone Company (fiber optic line) -Ames has reached out to Nunn <br /> Telephone Company, but has not had any response yet. To suffice,Ames has <br /> obtained an engineering evaluation from Horrocks Engineers stating that the <br /> fiber optic line shall not be damaged by activities occurring at the mining <br /> operation. <br /> iii. Weld County Public Works (County Road 110) -Ames and Weld County <br /> Public Works are currently working through obtaining a structural <br /> agreement.Ames and Weld County have a meeting setup for Monday April <br /> 5th to discuss the next step forward to reaching an agreement. Once an <br /> agreement is reached,Ames can provide you with the updated agreement. <br /> 1.
