L PROCEDURES AND SUMMARY OF THE REVIEW PROCESS
<br /> Seneca Property LLC applied for partial bond release under the Colorado Surface Coal Mining and
<br /> Reclamation Act following reclamation of the Seneca II-W Mine. The mine is located in Routt
<br /> County, Colorado. The specific areas relating to the SL6 bond release request are included within the
<br /> permit area described as follows:

<br /> USGS Quadrangle 7.5 Minute Series Maps of Hayden Gulch,Hayden,Dunckley and Mt. Harris. The
<br /> following table(Table 1),illustrates the history of previous bond release submittals.

<br /> II and Phase III combined,comprising 379.5 acres, for a total of 816.6 acres of reclaimed land. The
<br /> requested bond release(SL6),was received by the Division on 28 October 2019. The application was
<br /> deemed complete on 16 December 2019,after the Division received proof of publication of the applicant's
<br /> public notice. Seneca Property LLC published notice of the bond release application in Colorado Mountain
