The following is a draft schedule and further clarification for the Permit and NEPA Processes for both <br /> pits: <br /> • January 2021 —Dolores County works with Ebberts Construction, CDRMS and San Miguel <br /> County to transfer the necessary permits, assume reclamation liability,and get the Ebberts bond <br /> released. BLM will issue free use permit for existing stockpiled material once the CDRMS <br /> permit and any reclamation liability has been transferred to Dolores County.
