The commodities that will be mined and processed: Primary material Road Base,%" Rock, 11/2" Rock all <br /> in various colors,depending upon demand. Planning on Processing 40,000 tons of materials per year. <br /> Subject to change.Overburden will be processed again or used to build roads. <br /> Processing area will have a portable office trailer,and bathroom facility(required by MSHA). Gravel on <br /> the entire site and access road. Proper signage will be addressed. <br /> Lyons Pit estimates 0-5 trucks per day, and 2-3 persons on site per day. <br /> Management practices <br /> *All containers and tanks will be labeled and stored in trucks to prevent spills <br /> *Fuel and fluids in designated areas and spill kits on site <br /> *weeds- have noxious weed plan <br /> *Bathroom facility onsite <br /> *general housekeeping—keep site cleaned up, equipment and working areas for safe production <br /> *when non operational use signage and barricades and backfill hazards ect. <br /> *Have site specifics, Msha training, address fire department to where pit is located, and daily <br /> worksheets <br />
