No visible signs of head cutting or significant erosion from flow was noted. Similarly the outfall of the <br />stock pond overflow pipe, as seen in Photo Seven, was observed and appeared to be stable. No visible signs of <br />erosion or instability were observed at the outfall location. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The release area consists of affected lands reclaimed to a functioning stock pond located on private <br />property. All conditions observed during this inspection indicate that the desired reclamation has been achieved. <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 3 of 7 <br />
