completed DMRs forms or a letter identifying the State of Federal government official with <br /> whom the reporting form was filed to meet NPDES permit requirements and the date of filing. <br /> Please submit the required documentation to DRMS within 30 days on or before 1 April 2021,for <br /> the DMRs due in 2020. <br /> Rule 2.05.6(3):Protection ofHydrolozic Balance Groundwater <br /> The information required by this rule is discussed on pages 2.05-36 through 2.05-47.1 and on various <br /> tables,figures and maps. It should be noted that there is no mention that DRMS could find,pertaining to <br /> when inflow monitoring would cease. The workings are predicted to fill with water in 8.6 years after the <br /> cessation of mining and any dewatering pumps are shut off,therefore,inflow monitoring may no longer <br /> be feasible or needed. <br /> 15. Please indicate if inflow monitoring is still occurring, and if not please explain. <br /> Rule 2.06.6.Prime Farmlands <br /> The information required by this rule is discussed in Section 2.06.6 of the permit where a designation of <br /> impact to historically utilized farmland. Also,none of the soil types within the permit area gave been <br /> designated as indicative of prime farmland conditions. <br /> The permit document complies with the above rule. <br /> Rule 2.06.7 Variance for Delay in Contemporaneous Reclamation Requirements <br /> There are no specific variances and approvals for experimental practices, mountaintop removal <br /> variances, variances from approximate original contour (AOC) or variances from contemporaneous <br /> reclamation for the Williams Fork Mines. <br /> The permit document complies with the above rule. <br /> Rule 2.06.8 Operations on or Near Alluvial Valley Floors <br /> The discussion of mining under the alluvial valley floors within the Williams Fork Mines'permit area <br /> comprises various sections of the permit as follows: <br /> o Section 2.04.7 <br /> o Section 2.05 <br /> o Section 2.06.8 <br /> o Section 4.24 <br /> o Exhibits 4,10 and 29. <br /> The permit document complies with the above rule. <br /> Rule 2.10: Maps and Plans <br /> DRMS notes that post mining topography is illustrated on the Reclamation Plan and Demolition Map <br /> (Map 29)and was recently updated with TR38. However,this map provides a great deal of information <br /> that obscures the topographic information. DRMS requests the submittal of a post mining topography <br /> map as discussed above in Rule 2.05.4, item 7 with only topography,ponds and drainages depicted on the <br /> map. <br /> Given that DRMS anticipates the submittal of revised pages in conjunction with this Mid Term Review, <br /> please also submit the following: <br /> o Updated Table of Contents <br /> o Updated List of Tables and Figures <br /> Williams Fork Mines C1981044 -8- 2 March 2021 <br /> Mid Term Review 8 <br />
