The site at the end of the job will be final graded and seeded.
We would like to have the site be made available for pipe storage, equipment
storage and project personnel temp housing (Sth trailers)
The good news is that with the utilization of the property next to the CDOT shed for a staging yard, we will eliminate
approximately 12,000 semi truck loads going into and leaving the project that other wise would have came from our
McCabe Lane pit or a pit on the Montrose end of the project and to tell you the truth, I still do not know how the DOT
was going to move those loads through the closed portions of the project anyways. I noticed that there are some cabins
near the property but I do not know if they are year round or seasonal residents.
I would like your feedback regarding the need for any kind of permit from the County. This is a Federal and State funded
project and we will be only servicing this project. I assume that the hours of operation would need to be congruent with
the hours that the project will be running, we carry air quality, water quality, spill prevention permits and MSHA safety
programs with our plant.
Please feel free to call me or email me with any questions.
Thanks,
Zane Luttrell — Manager
Rocky Mountain Aggregate & Construction LLC
67246 T Road
Montrose, CO 81403
Email: zane(a4rockymountainaggregate.com
Website: www.rockymountainaguegate.com
Office: 970.249.8780
Cell: 970.209.8340
Ac..,c.
