17) (Optional) Please provide additional information about the Mine Plan:
The operation from start to final reclamation will consist of 7 phases and 2 Project Areas:
Phase 1 - our current and bonded area.
Ridgetop Project Area:
Within the 25 foot x 50 foot area of disturbance,we have already removed all of the topsoil and
overburden down to bedrock. This material was sorted into topsoil and smaller rocks into one pile, with
the larger rocks into another, located 25 feet east of main dig area. Top soil has been seeded with
recommended seed mix, based on specs provided by the DRMS to enrich the soil until reclamation and
permanently reseeded.
Phase 2
Ridgeton Project Area.
The BLM has requested that we move forward on the fence that was approved on our original Plan of
Operations. I feel that fence was overlooked in the initial permit with the state, so it will be defined
within this phase. This is to address public safety issues and to cut down on "willful ignorance" of the
claim boundaries and signs. This fence based on a 1 foot wide disturbance will add 0.01 acres to the
permit. The Public Safety Fence that will be installed will be:
Le^.gth=34-}foot
Materials=5ft tall, 2"x 4" Steel Mesh +66"#5 Steel Rebar drilled into 18" into bedrock with
lightening caps. Total number of posts=30. Spacing is varied based on area and nature.
Reclamation of this fence would take approx. 8 hours and material would fit in a pickup truck.
Other expansions in this phase include:
Iarea ff. Uisttff Dal fl.0 CxfJQf IC-4A3 to 4.0;vvi x 60 cvvL aiCa of disturbance.
-Permit depth changes from 40 foot to 120 foot.
-Creation of an additional waste dirt pile (15 foot x 30 foot)for change of depth.
-Creation of a subsurface portal over the existing vertical shaft(pre-existing disturbance)that is below
the reclamation level.
-Creation of structure to connect the subsurface portal to the current surface.
