Lessee shall secure and post all areas that might reasonably <br /> be considered hazardous to the general public including. but not limited to.ore stockpile.treas,loading areas. miring <br /> openings,and mine-rock waste piles, in accordance with all applicable statutes and regulations and specific <br /> requirements and stipulations set forth in this I-ease. If necessary.the Lessee agrees to construct fences or other <br /> barriers around the perimeter of safety-hazard areas to minimize the potential for intrusion b� and,or damage from <br /> humans, livestock.and wildlife.
