General Description <br /> The SP1 stock pond (also known as the Goforth Stock Pond)being applied for release under this <br /> application was constructed in 2019, and will remain post mine as a permanent structure. SP1 <br /> was a pre-mine structure that was impacted by mining activities and has been reconstructed as <br /> required. Please see Map 1 for the area being applied for bond release, and Attachment <br /> 2.05.3(3)-38 in Permit No. C-1981-008 for the SP1 as-built. Attachment 2.05.3(3)-38 also <br /> contains a letter from the property owner on which SP 1 was constructed. <br /> The ten-year minimum bond liability period is not required for a stockpond as described in Rule <br /> 3.03.1(5). <br /> B.
