Parcel 28 formerly housed the Brazel Simms Building and was reclaimed in 2009. The area blended <br />with the surrounding landscape. The reclamation was consistent with the permitted slope and aspect <br />coinciding with the permitted reclamation plan. No hydrologic issues were noted at the time of <br />inspection. <br />No. 9 Portal Area and Coal Refuse Disposal Area (Left, Parcel 2), <br />backfilling and grading was accomplished as per the permit document.
