The images were downloaded on 1/14/2021 and reviewed by Janet Binns of CDRMS. This inspection <br /> report is a result of review of the aerial images. <br /> The weather was cold and hazy. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The upland collection ditches at the RDA are snow covered. <br /> King I West pond and East Pond are snow covered. Sediment clean out has not commenced at either pond. No <br /> pooling of water or ice is apparent along the haul road or near the SAES. It appears any runoff is being handled as <br /> designed at the King I facilities area. The haul road from County Road 120 to the King I facilities appears dry. <br /> At King II,there appears to be no ponded water at the entrance road under the cattle guard.. No ponding of water <br /> or ice is noted on the haul road into the facilities area at King II. <br /> The gravel storage SAE at King II appears well maintained and no ponded water,or damaged silt fence is apparent <br /> from the aerial images. <br /> The King II sediment pond is mostly dry. A small pool of water(ice)was observed at the south end of the King II <br /> pond adjacent to the riser pipe. There is no evidence that the pond had discharged.
