The application also utilized the Division's Guideline Regarding Selected Coal Mine Bond <br /> Release Issues, dated April 18, 1995. <br /> The Division received TMI's Phase H bond release application SL22, on 3 September 2020, and found <br /> the application complete on 11 September 2020, after the Division received proof of publication of the <br /> applicant's public notice. The Applicant published the permitting action beginning on 7 August 2020 in <br /> the Craig Daily Press.
