The
Division proposes to release reclamation liability in the amount of$1,796,589.94 for the 298.3 acre
SL21 bond release block. This amount is not greater than 60% of the applicable bond for these bond
release parcels in accordance with Rule 3.03.1(2)(a). Trapper Mining, Inc. did not request a return of
bond monies with the SL21 bond release application. Public notice of this proposed decision will be published in the Craig Daily Press
once a week for two consecutive weeks as soon as possible. Requests for public hearing must be
submitted to the Division in writing within 30 days of the first publication. If no hearing is requested
within those 30 days, the Division's proposed decision becomes final.
Permit Number
C1981010
Prepared by: R.Reilley,MS,GISP
SL21
