9. Water Associated Permits <br /> The permittee will secure all needed legal water for this operation. No groundwater exposure is <br /> part of this operation and as such only dust control water will be needed. This will be supplied <br /> either by a permitted well or hauled in from another offsite legal source. <br /> 10. Water Consumption and Sources for the Operation <br /> Water for dust control will be the primary consumptive use onsite during mining and will be <br /> purchased and brought in by truck. Table G-1 shows a breakdown of estimate water consumption <br /> for the operation during mining.
