The images wer uploaded on 12/10/20, and reviewed by Janet Bums of CDRMS on 12/14/20. This <br />report is a reult of observation of the aerial images. <br />The mine site appears dry and clear. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION — Rule 4.17: <br />No visible blowing dust was observed from the raw coal stockpile, the air jig, or the clean coal stockpile at <br />the King II facilities area. <br />Based upon color difference, it appears that GCC has run a water truck on the most travelled haul path at the King <br />II facilities. No water truck was observed in the aerial images. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9: <br />The operator has not initiated pond clean out at the King I facilities area as of this inspection. Neither <br />pond was holding water, nor were any problems with either pond apparent from the aerial images. <br />The SAE along the haul road (gravel storage) at King II appears well maintained. Visually, it appears the silt <br />fencing has been repaired. No problems were noted with this SAE based upon the aerial images. <br />The King II sediment pond appears to hold a shallow pool of water, well below the discharge elevation. No <br />concerns were identified with the King II pond. <br />The ditches around the King II facilities area appear in good condition.
