Of interest is that the house is 70 years old (g,1950) but mining has been <br /> going on since 1915. Summit Brick is not responsible for the damages she claims <br /> were caused by the mining operation. Thank you for the copy of the Divisions <br /> Geotechnical Analysis for the Britton home. We agree that with a safety Factor of <br /> 6.05 the damages to the house are not mining related. <br /> Other Permits and Licenses (Rule 6.3.6): <br /> 22. Pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(2), please demonstrate that the Applicant's response to the adequacy <br /> issues have been placed with the application materials previously placed with the County Clerk or <br /> Recorders Office, and made available for public review. <br /> I will provide a Proof of Placement letter from the Pueblo County Clerk's office <br /> under separate cover.
