30 November 2020 C-1981-044/Williams Fork Mines RAR <br />Drainage- Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />No active reclamation operations were occurring at the time of inspection. <br />Reconstructed drainages appeared to be functioning adequately. <br />o Pond appeared dry in the imagery. <br />TOPSOIL -Rule 4.06 <br />Removal4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />o Numerous small topsoil piles exist throughout the site, and will be used in the reclamation activities to fill <br />ponds once Phase II release is achieved. <br />o Backfilling and grading operations have progressed as permitted, although no recent activity was <br />noticeable in the imagery. <br />o Backfilling of portal area will recommence once ground conditions are appropriagly dry and snow hs <br />cleared. <br />o Portal area appears orderly with no apparent offsite impacts visible in the imagery and no appearance of <br />recent activity. <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.15 <br />General Requirements 4.15.1 <br />o Vegetation appeared to be adequately established and at this time of year was dormant and snow coverd. <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />None <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />
