Skies appeared clear. Demolition of the site is nearly complete. Topsoil and grading along <br />the Williams Fork River are complete with seeding completed in October 2020, before snow covered the area. <br />Backfilling and grading at the portal will recommence in the spring. Main haul and access roads appeared in good <br />repair, no offsite hydrologic or air quality issues were detected in the imagery. The vegetation at the site was <br />dormant. <br />ONGOING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br />o TR138 <br />o SL5 <br />o SL4 in progress and undergoing review by DRMS apropos to TR138 <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is for the most part complete and has been performed as permitted, with the facilities demolished. <br />Most ponds will be reclaimed, as over the course of the year they do not retain water.
