4 November 2020 C-1981-044/Williams Fork Mines RAR <br /> o Seeding that occurred in fall of 2019 along the bottomlands of the Williams Fork River <br /> was sparse and appeared somewhat stressed. <br /> o The operator plans on reseeding the areas seeded in fall of 2019 in order to assure <br /> adequate cover is established in the future. <br /> o Cows were grazing on east side of the Williams Fork River. <br /> o No extensive areas of weed infestations were noted in any of the requested reclamation <br /> block parcels, although isolated and small areas of minor weed species as indicated below <br /> were noted as follows: <br /> Crisidium Arvense and Carduus nutans thistles(Canada and Musk,respectively),Bassia scoparia <br /> (kochia), and Bromus tectorum(cheat grass). <br /> o Weeds showed evidence of treatment. <br /> AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION—Rule 4.17 <br /> No fugitive dust was observed. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—RULE 4.18 <br /> Wildlife is often observed at the site.
