Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> COMANNTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Williams Fork; C1981044, operated by Moffat County <br /> Mining LLC. The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin <br /> Reilley of the DRMS. Temperature was approximately 70 degrees F, skies were clear and winds <br /> were calm. Roads into the site were in good repair with no ruts or standing water. The ground <br /> was dry. Work was occurring at the refuse area,with overburden being stockpiled to cap the pile. <br /> This inspection consisted of collecting elevation data in order to validate topography on 176.7 <br /> acres of a requested phase I bond release parcels. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> o Technical Revision 38 <br /> o SL4 in process at DRMS <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> None <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Most facilities have been removed throughout the site. <br /> Seeding took place recently throughout the cropland area along the Williams Fork River and was <br /> augmented with a cover crop. There was some activity occurring at the site, although little <br /> activity occurred during the 2020 field season due to COVID 19. The ditch routing water to Pond <br /> 5-P3 had been reestablished. Plans are to complete regrading,topsoiling and seeding the refuse <br /> pile by snowfall. Equipment is staged at the refuse pile to complete these tasks. Cows are in the <br /> upper portion of the site. No offsite air quality or hydrologic issues were observed at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />
