The application was received by the Division on 30 September 2020. The application <br />comprises: <br />O an update to the reclamation plan <br />O a correction to the disturbance area delineation, <br />O documentation for permanent features consisting of three ponds designated as permanent <br />livestock water tanks, <br />O a request that the main road remain permanent and includes a turn around for large equipment <br />The disturbed area acreage change from the current 422 acres to 570.7, represents an increase of 147.8 <br />acres. <br />DRMS's reviewed the application against the Williams Fork Permit with regards to the Colorado <br />Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act (Act), the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for Coal Mining (Regulations; Rules), and the following specific rules during DRMS's <br />preliminary adequacy review: <br />2.10 Maps and Plans <br />2.05.3 Operations Plan <br />2.05.4(2) Reclamation <br />Plan <br />3.02.2 Determination of <br />4.05.6 and 4.05.9(13) <br />4.16.3 Alt Land Use <br />Bond <br />Permanent Impoundments <br />OF COlO <br />n O <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http: //mining.state.co.us * <br />* <br />Jared S.
