X. Backfilling and Grading <br />No surface disturbance is proposed or anticipated with this permit revision. <br />Therefore, no backfill or grading will occur on the parcels proposed for this <br />revision. <br />XL Revegetation <br />No new disturbance is proposed with this permit revision. Therefore no specific <br />approvals apply beyond that which have previously been approved in the permit. <br />See section 2.05.4 in the permit. <br />XII. Post -mining Land Use <br />The post -mining land uses for the parcels proposed for inclusion in this permit <br />revision are the same as the pre -mining land uses. The proposed post -mining land <br />uses are, Rangeland, Fish and Wildlife Habitat, and undeveloped land. <br />XIII. Protection of Fish, Wildlife and Related Environmental Values <br />No surface disturbance is proposed for PR10. No new seed mixes are proposed, as <br />no reclamation activities area anticipated. <br />XIV. Protection of Underground Mining <br />This application is for unground workings that will connect underground with <br />previously approved mine plan associated with the Federal permit COC-0166. <br />There are no surface mines identified in the area of the proposed parcels. <br />XV. Subsidence Control <br />The proposed PR10 parcels were studied under the Environmental Assessment and <br />Technical Resources Reports conducted jointly by the U. S. Bureau of Land <br />Management and the Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation and Enforcement for <br />the Dunn Ranch Lease By Application area (Coal Lease COC-78825). Please see <br />Appendix 15 and Appendix 16 for descriptions and conclusions concerning <br />subsidence. <br />XVL Concurrent Surface and Underground Mining <br />This section does not apply. <br />XVII.
