The rail spur crosses US Highway 40 approximately 1,300 feet east of Hayden and <br />County Road 37 approximately 1.5 miles southeast of Hayden. The USGS 7.5-minute <br />quadrangle map Mount Harris, Colorado contains the permit area. The permitted area is 391.0 <br />acres. The permitted disturbed area totals 202.1 acres. Surface ownership is predominately <br />private, with right of entry based on a variety of private leases, subleases and easements. <br />
