Land Categories <br /> The area requested for bond release (176.7 acres) fall within the permanent program <br /> (SMCRA and CSCMRA) category, as defined in the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. This bond release application area is delineated on Map <br /> 1—SL5 Phase IBond Release. <br /> E. Bond Release Background Information <br /> An application for Phase I, II and III bond release of the SL-4 area (305.7 acres) was <br /> submitted in December 2018 and deemed complete by CDRMS on February 5, 2019. The <br /> area has undergone bond release inspection and final decision from CDRMS is pending. <br /> III. PHASE I BOND RELEASE DOCUMENTATION <br /> Pursuant to rule 3.03.1, a permittee may request Phase I Bond Release upon successful <br /> completion of backfilling, regrading and drainage control in accordance with the approved <br /> reclamation plan. The approved reclamation plan can be reviewed in its entirety in the Williams <br /> Fork Permit Application Packet located in the CDRMS archives (Section 2.05, Operation and <br /> Reclamation Plans, revised 2018).
